The combination of 900°C infrared burner and powerful side burner enhances the Arosa 570 G EVO grill station with a huge temperature range and a variety of grilling options. The blazing zone with height-adjustable stainless steel grate ensures intense branding and great roasting flavors and can be regulated down to approx. 250°C using the heat diffuser if required. Dripping fat is reliably collected directly under the burner in a removable fat drip tray. The Cooking Zone is used for cooking with a pan, pot or wok. The powerful ring burner is equipped with a 3-way height-adjustable cast iron pot stand and is the perfect cooking zone for sauces, side dishes, stir-fries, stews and soups. The Blazing/Cooking Zone is controlled by two control knobs with convenient Safety Light illumination. The base extension gives the grilling station more stability and a tilt-proof stand.
