The HEAT C-265 is the first plancha barbecue with a removable XL cast iron plancha, offering maximum flexibility in the outdoor kitchen and equipped with a double XL Blazing Zone infrared zone. The focus is on versatile plancha grilling: The solid cast iron plancha sits directly above the two infrared zones, creating two separately controllable temperature zones for precise and varied grilling. A wide variety of dishes can be effortlessly prepared on the plancha – from juicy burger patties with crispy buns and bacon, through to vegetables, seafood and pasta, right up to breakfast classics such as fried eggs or pancakes. The even heat distribution ensures perfect results and intense roasted flavours with every dish. When the plancha is removed and replaced with two stainless steel grates, the double XL Blazing Zone is revealed. Here, several steaks can be seared simultaneously at extremely high temperatures of up to 900°C and enhanced with rich roasted flavours. The height-adjustable stainless steel grates allow for maximum control, whilst the infrared burners, in combination with a Blazinglas, can also be used for other cooking methods. Additional convenience is provided by the side cooking zone, where side dishes, sauces or complete meals such as soups and wok dishes can be prepared at the same time. This makes the HEAT C-265 Plancha Barbecue the central element of a flexible outdoor kitchen, where there are no limits to creative grilling ideas.
