With the Blazing Zone Kit Plus, you can give your Davos gas kettle barbecue a high-performance infrared burner for grilling temperatures of up to 900°C! Give steaks and meat perfect brandings and great roasting flavors without overcooking the meat. With the heat diffuser, the temperature can be regulated down to 200°C and all other grilled food can be grilled on the infrared zone. Stepless control is via an illuminated rotary control with safety light. To ensure that the grilling station is stable and cannot tip over after installation, the set includes an additional base extension that supports the station underneath the newly installed side stove.
