The classic wok with round base and matching lid is the ideal pan for Asian dishes, meat and vegetable stir-fries as well as deep-frying and roasting. As it is made entirely of carbon steel, the wok has outstanding heat conductivity - the perfect prerequisite for classic wok cooking at extremely high temperatures! When used with the Outdoorchef kettle grill, the wok is simply placed on the funnel in the volcano position to achieve perfect results at temperatures of up to 500°C. The wok is equipped with a long handle and an opposite handle so that it can be gripped securely with both hands. With the matching wok ring, it can also be used on the grill grid or over the side burner and can easily be placed on the table for serving.
Not suitable for the 420 mm models.
