The Australia EVO 535 is equipped with 5 stainless steel burners (3 kW each) and a solid 3-piece cast iron grid for extra high grilling temperatures. With the large grill area (73,5 x 41.5 cm), you can enjoy all the grilling options for direct and indirect grilling. Watch the delicacies grilling comfortably on the grill grate by simply observing the grilling area through the viewing window with lid thermometer integrated in the lid. This prevents heat loss and the food can cook evenly without interruption. If you need even more heat, the blazing zone integrated in the side shelf grills at a whopping 800 °C and not only produces perfect roasting aromas but also the ideal degree of doneness for steaks and meat. The fully equipped barbecue station also includes a powerful infrared back burner (4 kW), with which delicious rotisserie dishes can be easily prepared (optional rotisserie set available).
