Ham and cheese muffins

Ingredients for People

250 g Flour
16 g Baking powder
300 g Ham, cut into small cubes
150 g Greyerzer cheese, grated
5 g Italian parsley, finely chopped
100 g Cream
20 g Mustard, mild
3 pcs Eggs
125 g Butter, soft
1 dash Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Nutmeg
Butter for silicone forms

PREPARATIONS

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (may use mixer) and fill into the silicone forms, up to 3/4 full.

BAKING

Place the silicone form in the preheated grill and let the muffins bake for approx. 20 minutes at 200° C.

TIP

Towards the end of the baking time, simply insert a wooden skewer or toothpick into the muffins and pull out again: If some batter sticks, then continue baking.
