SALMON IN MAPLE SYRUP MARINADE

Ingredients for People

500 g scottish salmon, such as orkney salmon
Marinade
20 g maple syrup
20 g sesame oil
20 g mustard
12 g fish spice
4 g ground black pepper
1 spring of dill, finely chopped

PREPARATION

Lachs kalt abwaschen und mit Haushaltpapier trocken tupfen. Für die Marinade Ahornsirup, Sesamöl und,Senf verrühren, übrige Zutaten zugeben. Lachs mit Marinade bepinseln. Im Kühlschrank etwa 4 Stunden marinieren.

COOKING

Grill the salmon with the skin downwards in the middle of the barbecue grid for 6 to 9 minutes in indirect heat.
