"SURF & TURF SKEWER WITH JUMBO PRAWNS AND

Ingredients for People

8 pce Medallions of pork fillet, 50 g each
8 Rashers of bacon
4 pce Jumbo prawns (extra-large)
4 Stalks of lemongrass
Salt
Ground pepper
Olive oil

COOKING

Wrap the medallions of pork fillet with the bacon.  Skewer two medallions and one prawn on a lemon grass stalk, season with salt and pepper, and brush with olive oil. Grill the skewers on the pre-heated stainless steel griddle plate for about 5 minutes on each side.

TIP

Instead of the stainless steel griddle plate, you can use the griddle plate if you wish.
