The special blazing glass made of heat-resistant glass ceramic up to 900 °C is permeable to infrared radiation and prevents grease fires, smoke and flames when grilling over the ceramic burner.

As a result, it is now possible for the first time to grill fatty and/or marinated food at temperatures above 800 °C. Perfectly cooked food with perfect brandings! Simply position the blazing glass over the grill's infrared burner using the adjustable rack.

Use the smooth side for steaks, fish or burgers and use the ribbed side for poultry, fish, marinated grilled food and fatty cuts of meat such as bacon. After use, the blazing glass can be cleaned quickly and easily by immersing it in cold water with a cold shock.
